CSVS Special Assistance Programs

The following programs are available for those eligible:

1. BCCCP: Cancer screenings for women ages 25 and up
2. CHDP: Well child physical exams for children 19 years and under
3. VFC: Vaccines for Children
4. P.A.C.T.: Family planning services for women and their partners
5. SOFP: State Only Family Planning
6. Healthy Families: A low cost insurance program for children 1 year to 19 years of age
7. CPSP: Comprehensive Prenatal Services Program
8. EAPC: Expanded Access to Primary Care Program
9. CSVS also offers a "sliding fee" scale for patients who need assistance with payment (proof of income required)
