The Library Advisor Team (LAT) will facilitate the growth and development of the Library Media Center to ensure that the Library Media Center promotes the essential school-wide learning results, ESLR's (critical thinking, technology, career planning, responsibility, and self-esteem); that the Library Media Center provides the tools and guidance to ensure that all stakeholders have access to information and technology through a variety of access points; that the LMC serves as a portal to the world for all NC staff, students, and parents; and that the LMC stimulates all learners to reach their potential in the informational world.
