Regional Occupation Programs provide a variety of career training to people aged sixteen and older. Training develops marketable skills, successful attitudes, and good work habits. The classes are motivational because they include both classroom and lab where you actually do hands on work. In some classes you even spend part of your class time at actual business sites.

You may take classes in Auto Technology, Auto Body, Cisco computer networking, Multi-Media/ Video production, ADOBE web design. If Health Careers are your interest, CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Medical Assisting, or Sports Medicine are worth considering. Other choices might be Office careers, CAD/Drafting, Occupations with Children or Interior Design---please check our courses menu for more details. If you are a North County HS student, register with your coordinator. If you attend another school in the county and want one of our courses, go to your local ROP Coordinator or call our office.

ROP also gives adults the opportunity to upgrade your job skills to secure employment or to seek a new occupation all together. Try a ROP class; we believe they are some of the most practical and interesting classes you will find.
